WARRANTY
"Reaching for
heaven.com" warrants all entertainment services supplied by the website
reachingforheaven.com to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a
period of five (5) minutes from the time of purchase or request.
Reachingforheaven.com's (hereafter referred to as "provider",
sole obligation under this warranty is to offer an apology to anyone purchasing
services or making a donation for entertainment from said website if so
requested in writing.
Provider will not provide warranty coverage for any defects
resulting from, but not limited to:(1) abuse and/or misuse, neglect or accident;
(2) violent environmental disturbances in nature or other Acts of God; (3)
Improper attitude, including, but not limited to, improper mental attitude, or
improper emotional balance; (4) usage of any entertainment items from providers
websites, including handling; (5) utilization beyond the service's intended
uses.
From time to time Customer may advise Provider of defective
services and buyers may asked to be beaten senseless with whips and
chains.
Provider assumes no responsibility for anything used in
conjunction with Providers WEBSITE nor for claims for personal injury or
property damage resulting from the use of Providers PRODUCTS or SERVICES or the
improper operation therein or consequential damages arising from the products or
services or use of the products or services.
Neither this warranty nor any other warranty, expressed or
implied, including implied warranties or merchantability, shall extend beyond
the warranty period. No responsibility is assumed for any incidental or
consequential damages.
